Made possible through the generous support of TWT Developments, The Incubator is part of the TWT Creative Precinct which houses a diverse cross-section of creatives working in fine arts, design, retail and creative business.

A live/work apartment for visiting regional, interstate and international artists contracted by a local arts organisation, festival or institution. This 2-person apartment features separate living/kitchen area, walk-in wardrobe, accessible bathroom with shower and an adjoining studio.

Brand X is a not-for-profit arts organisation run by Artists for Artists who are in the business of making space for Artists by re-purposing under-utilised properties in Sydney so performing, recording and visual art communities can practice their craft.

Largest of two rehearsal spaces at the City of Sydney Creative Studios, the space accommodates performance based companies and collectives preparing for production. With a minimum 10 hour booking per day, this space provides exclusive access to allow for rehearsal mark-up and the use of sets/props for the duration of the weekly hire period.
