The Program Coordinator works closely with the Program Manager to deliver professional development opportunities for independent artists that reflect the organisation’s strategic vision and service to the sector. This role is responsible for supporting the Program Manager with comprehensive administrative and artistic support which enables the wider team to deliver programs of a high professional standard while meeting the expectations of key stakeholders.

Programs include:

  • Semi-permanent workspace tenancies
  • Performing Arts residency programs
  • Creative retail, public art and digital commissions
  • Artist 2 Artist skills development workshops
  • Community events
  • Interstate and regional exchange

The Programs team facilitate and are informed by the Access and Inclusion Panel and the discipline specific Industry Peer Assessment Panels. Key competencies include administration, communication, reporting and a deep connection to arts practice.
